WFA 16 Hr Course - Elizabeth, CO

This class meeting entry level camp staff requirements, Boy Scout leaders and basic guiding needs in many situations. It covers a portion of the true guide course, the Wilderness First Responder (WFR) class, with less depth. Some folk take this 16 hr WFA as a preparatory for the WFR.

If you can only take a 2 day class, WMO's WFA is the one. It is more advanced than many others and taught by very experienced instructors.

Camping on-site in Elizabeth, CO is available.

CPR/AED option is available for $25. bring cash if this is desired.

ONLINE plus 1 day format: Take most of the course online at your pace. Then, 1 day in-person to complete the learning.

Class is 8 hours per day, two days. bring lunch. Adult CPR & AED is additional hour to 1.5 hour Monday evening.

Location: WMO Campus in Elizabeth, CO

Camping is primitive site for tent or car, water and porta potties on site.

Price includes $35 Text  and Materials Fee. Upon payment by PayPal, instructions on how to download the course textbook as PDF is sent by email.  Field guide is picked up in class or can be mailed early for fee - call to arrange.
